Niat kami baik..

Okay2,kalau blog org lain dah berkulat or berhabuk,blog aku dah usang dah dimamah usia.haha sorry sebab dah lame tak buat house cleaning kat blog ni.haaa nah,siap tukar cat lagi(nak raya dah ni) setelah syatrah buat wake up call to everyone yg malas nak update blog.hahaha..

now,back to the topic.a friend of mine said do not be jugdemental ,which is definitely true,but for this post i'm being a good judge,not the bad one ^^.after 14 years of experience(i only knew "jom main masak2" for the first 4 years of my life) watching how people sell,buy,bargain etc.i strongly believe the saying "customers always right"..well,maybe not 100% right..it depends...

have you ever heard the advertisement in SINAR.FM :

  kak engku(kanak2)    : pakcik,gule2 ni macam mana kire?
  salih yaacob (pakcik) : 2 seposen
  kak engku                  : yang ni pulak?
  salih yaacob               : ehh banyak tanye la budak ni,bukan nak beli ponnn

narrator :eleh,sombong la pakcik ni.nak senyum pon susah.pelanggan la yang bagi keuntungan

penah dgr tak??ok fine korang tak penah dgr SINAR.fm =___=".. cube la try dgr2 kat FLY 101 tu ke,HITZ.fm ke,HOT.fm ke.hahaha..so what do we get from the ads is "No Customer,No Profit,Hello Loss"
(my own quote).these are several situations happened to me :

  • mama suruh pegi belikan air limau ais bungkus,ais banyak2,kurang manis

    aku     : kak,bagi saya air limau ais bungkus,ais banyak2,kurang manis (copy paste bulat2 ayat mama)

    makcik (title sbnr) : owh air limau ais bungkus,ais banyak2,kurang manis? (dia ulang ayat aku lengkap)


    2 minit menunggu,dah bayar,dapat le air aku..aku pegang plastik air tu,aku rase panass kat bwh,adela tinggal ais cair2 kat permukaan.aku taknak ingkar pesanan mama,so aku pon hulur kat makcik tu balik

    aku      : kak,boleh tak mintak  tolong buangkan air ni sikit,tambah lagi ais (nada baik dan tenang)
    makcik : ni ais ni dah banyak la ni!!!nak banyak mane lagi!? (pandang aku lame tak puas hati,baru dia ambik air tu )


    whoaa org cakap baik2,dia marah pulak.bukannya org tak bagitau awal2.fuuh  kalau aku tak
    waras,dah lama simbah air tu kat dia,tgk sejuk ke panas air tu sebenarnye.hahaha sabar2..=]

  • satu hari tu,aku hang out dgn kakak aku.then kitorg decide nak makan kat sushi king.dah duduk situ,kitorg order bla bla bla..lepas tu kitorg tukar tempat duduk yg selesa sikit..tunggu lama punya lama punya lama, kakak aku tanya sorg waitress ind*n ni,

    kak ngah : mana meal saya?dah lama saya order,kenapa tak sampai2 lagi?
    wanita "itu" : tu la pasal!siapa suruh tukar meja!??kami dah cancel..


    kitorg pon macam o.O???ok2 maybe we were at fault,tukar meja.tapi persoalannya,
     1)kalau tukar meja memang order terus di cancel ke?it's not as if kitorg keluar dari restoran tu..
     2)perlu ke nak marah2 sampai macam tu??
     3)wajar ke layan customers macam tu???
     4)and the list goes on.........???with big question marks there 

    dia pon hantar la drinks and 2 piring sushi daripada beberapa yang kitorg order actually (ntah kenapa wanita "itu" buat mcm tu).kitorg makan cepat2 ,time bayar die yg jadi cashier jugak -____-..

    kak ngah : mana manager awak?(dia kata nak gertak sikit XD)
    wanita "itu" : tu hah!pegi la bagitau!pegi2!! (ohhh o.O she's rude wasn't she??sabar2 =])

  • outing time puasa f4 dgn syatrah,amiera,sarah,nizam was great sebab kitorg jalan2 dgn org jepun.kitorg buka puasa dgn dorg kat pizza hut k.selangor tu.dah makan2,rasa macam tak cukup so kitorg tambah order. same jugak,tunggu lama punya lama,kitorg panggil waitress ni just nak make sure yg she got our order. then,dia marah2,hantar order kitorg berhentak2 kat meja..owh malunye kitorg depan org jepun tu.nasib baik lepas tu manager dia yg ambik alih dgn jiwa tenang.sabar2 =]

    tenang dan sabar

well there are plenty more stories to be told but i think i'll stop here.i'm afraid that i might break my keyboard by recalling those feels-like-i-had-a-cold-slap-on-my-face-situation.therefore, my conclusion is,be nice to your customers..niat kita sama2 baik,hang berniaga,chek membeli.so be complementary..hang layan chek baik,chek jadi customer baik. like mama did to a lad at the bank yesterday.

 he's the bank _____ (i don't know his title) but he was helpful . "apa kata makcik bukak account ni..bla bla bla..bank islam ni ada buat lucky draw...bla bla bla..kot2 menang rm100,000 buleh blanja saya...bla bla bla..blanja lunch.." after settling my bimb account,mama went to buy McD across the road and gave to him..he was astounded o.O "saya gurau je.....owh terima kasih laa byk2..datang lagi =]"

there you go,nice ending..so what's your bad and good experience??
